Competition opens May 16

Promote your bakery and test your skills against the best

The Show’s professional baking competitions are open to professional bakers, baking apprentices/trainees and enrolled TAFE students. It’s the perfect opportunity to benchmark your skills against others in your industry and put your name on the Australian baking map.

There are plenty of other classes to choose from, including:

  • breads

  • savoury pastries

  • patisserie

  • sweet goods

  • gluten free

  • best bakery lunch (one savoury and one sweet)

  • apprentice/trainee/TAFE award.

All exhibits will be judged by industry professionals against specific criteria and you can find these, and the general class information, in the competition schedule. Get reading and get baking!
