Complimentary Ticket Allocation for Charities and Community Groups

Applications for a donation of complimentary tickets to the 2024 Royal Adelaide Show are now open.

If you wish to make a request for a donation of complimentary tickets to the 2024 Royal Adelaide Show, consideration will only be given to registered charities and community groups in need of assistance. Applications must be made via the below form, by 5pm Sunday, June 30, 2024.

As a not-for-profit organisation, the Royal Agricultural and Horticultural Society of SA endeavours to provide tickets for people who would not otherwise be able to attend the Royal Adelaide Show. In 2023 we were proud to donate more than 7,000 tickets to charities and community groups, totalling more than $230,000 in ticket value.

Please complete your details including name and type of organisation, charity registration number (if relevant), contact details, the number of tickets you are requesting, and how the tickets will be distributed. Ticket requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, by the Royal Agricultural and Horticultural Society (RA&HS) of SA, and requests that do not contain relevant information will not be considered. The RA&HS endeavours to assist as many organisations as possible, so your request may be reduced in quantity if required.

The allocation of complimentary tickets will not be determined until about a month out from the Show, and if your organisation is successful, your tickets will be delivered electronically via email.

Please note, all complimentary tickets issued are for WEEKDAYS only. This will assist with efforts to spread the attendance at the Show more evenly across all 9 days, with weekdays historically being less busy than weekends. The Royal Adelaide Show will accept Companion Cards, and this will enable carers free entry into the Showground.

To apply, please complete and submit the form below by 5pm Sunday, June 30, 2024.
